    Went to get an oil change when they opened. I was told to come back and it was first come first serve starting at 10:30am and that I couldn’t make an appointment. Came back at 10:25 and was told that they were now 2 people ahead of me and to come back at 12. Not sure how that is possible if it is first come, first serve at 10:30. No way I’m coming back at 12 for a third time with the possibility of being turned away again. Irritating.
