    I hold a lot of value in how I am treated when dealing with any business. Customer service is high on the my list.

    I have never required a storage unit until just recently. I have no knowledge on what I might require to accomplish the task I find myself faced with. I had shopped around and spoke with a few of the other storage providers in town and frankly taking care of the customer doesn't seem to be high on the priority list to them.

    I must say when I walked in to inquire about what I may need and how the process worked I was very impressed with the level of service I was provided. I felt welcome right from the moment I walked in. I was shown respect the entire time even when I was confused with some of the minor details.

    The property was well cared for. The units were very clean and they look very secure.

    Can't say enough about the staff. "Fantastic" Genuinely care about the customer.

    I am not one to write reviews but after being treated poorly I felt obligated to express my appreciation to the staff at Martins Storage.

    Thank you for all your help. I would highly recommend Martins Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.
