I've had some bad experiences so far with this bank. Information not properly explained being the biggest issue. Today, because of this, I was stuck in a bind that was absolutely horrible. My home branch is closed so I went to this location. The first person I spoke with was unable to help so she directed me to Tina Duncan. After approximately an hour of looking for a resolution, Tina finally came up with a way to help me. If she hadn't done what she did, I would have had a seriously unbearable week. All in all, I would like to thank her for the service and understanding she provided. I know what was done was well outside of policy, but thanks to her, I am a little less stressed today. Thank you Tina for your hard work today. I will never forget what you did to help me and the time you took looking for a resolution.
