- Clarissa R Added 2017-09-02★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The haircut was fine as I only got a trim, but was charged $20 extra for having "thick hair" although the haircut didn't take more than an hour, which is what I was paying for. I've never experienced this at any other salon, even when my haircut has taken longer than it was supposed to. I ended up having to pay $80-$90 for a haircut that was supposed to be $60, and I do not think that the haircut was worth this amount. The service was ok, but I really think that customers should be warned about this before getting their hair cut. My friend who has thinner hair than me was also charged extra for having thick hair although her hair took an hour as well, so I am not sure the reasoning behind these extra charges.
